طراحی کنترل کننده تحمل پذیر خطا برای ماهواره با درنظر گرفتن محدودیت دامنه ورودی و عدم قطعیت در آسیب
در این مقاله، هدف، طراحی کنترل کننده ردیاب تحمل پذیر خطا برای زیر سیستم کنترل وضعیت یک ماهواره با معادلات دینامیک غیرخطی میباشد. وظیفه این کنترل کننده، حفظ پایداری و عملکرد مناسب سیستم حلقه بسته در هنگام بروز آسیب ناشناخته در عملگر، در حضور اغتشاش خارجی کراندار و محدودیت دامنه ورودی است. مبنای این کنترل کننده بر پایه کنترل ساختار متغیر بوده و با استفاده از روش مستقیم لیاپانوف، کرانداری غایی سیگنالهای خطای حالت اثبات شده است. کنترلکننده پیشنهادی، بر خلاف سایر روشهای موجود، به اطلاعات دقیق آسیب وابسته نبوده و تنها در روند طراحی آن، از کران کمینه و بیشینه آسیب، استفاده شده است. همچنین به جهت خواص جبری مناسب و عدم وجود تکینگی در نمایش وضعیت به کمک کواترنیونها، استفاده از این پارامترها در دستور کار قرار گرفته است. نتایج شبیهسازی، نشان از عملکرد مناسب کنترلکننده پیشنهادی در حضور اغتشاش خارجی و آسیب ناشناخته موجود در عملگر دارد.

تحلیل اثر میرایی ترموالاستیک بر ارتعاشات خمشی میکرو ـ نانو تشدیدگرها
به منظور طراحی سیستم های میکرو-نانوالکترومکانیکی، آگاهی از اثرات میرایی ترموالاستیک برروی ویژگیهای ارتعاشی مثل فرکانس تشدید و حساسیت فرکانسی امری ضروری است. در این مقاله اثر میرایی ترموالاستیک بر ارتعاشات میکروـنانوتشدیدگرهای با سطح مقطع مستطیلی مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت. معادلات حاکم بر رفتار سیستم شامل معادله انتقال حرارت هدایت و معادلات حرکت ارتعاشی که به یکدیگر کوپل هستند، برای حالت سه بعدی استنتاج شدهاند. در حل معادلات حاکم، با اتکا به روشهای تحلیلی و در نظر گرفتن فرضیات مناسب ابتدا معادله انتقال حرارت برای توزیع دمای سه بعدی در راستای ضخامت، عرض و طول میکروتیر حل میشود، سپس معادله حرکت ارتعاشی با لحاظ کردن کوپلینگ ترموالاستیک از طریق یک گشتاور وابسته به توزیع دما برای مطالعه مود خمشی حل میشود. انتقال فرکانس و فاکتور کیفیت تحت اثرات میرایی ترموالاستیک مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتهاند. انتقال فرکانس بدست آمده در حالتهای خاص با انتقال فرکانس حاصل از توزیع دمای دوبعدی مقایسه شده است، همچنین فاکتور کیفیت بدست آمده نیز با مدلهای تحلیلی توزیع دمای یکبعدی مقایسه شده است. نتایج بدستآمده، نشان میدهد که مدل مطرح شده در این مقاله انطباق خوبی با سایر مدلها دارد و اثر میرایی ترموالاستیک را بر رفتار میکرو-نانوتشدیدگرها به صورت دقیقتری پیشبینی میکند.

تحلیل ارتعاشات یک نوع تیر مونتاژ شده میکروسکوپ نیرو اتمی به روش حل دقیق و بر اساس تئوری تنش-کوپل اصلاح شده
در این مقاله، فرکانس تشدید و حساسیت ارتعاشات یک نوع تیر مونتاژ شده میکروسکوپ نیرو اتمی با استفاده از روش حل دقیق و بر مبنای تئوری تنش- کوپل اصلاح شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. تیر مذکور، شامل یک تیر یکسردرگیر افقی، یک رابط عمودی و دو نوک، یکی در انتهای سر آزاد میکروتیر افقی و دیگری در انتهای سر آزاد رابط عمودی میباشد که ساختار آن امکان روبش همزمان سطح فوقانی و جداره میکروساختارها را برای میکروسکوپ نیرو اتمی فراهم میسازد. برای حل به روش حل دقیق، میکروتیر افقی به صورت دو تیر جداگانه مدل شده است. با بدست آوردن معادله حرکت، شرایط مرزی و پیوستگی، فرکانس تشدید و حساسیت میکروتیر مذکور مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج بدست آمده از مدل حاضر با نتایج حاصل از روش عددی ریلی-ریتز ارائه شده در مطالعات پیشین مقایسه شده است که مشاهدات نشان دهنده این واقعیت میباشد که خطای روش عددی در پیش-بینی تاثیر پارامترهای مختلف بر روی رفتار ارتعاشاتی تیر مونتاژ شده مذکور قابل ملاحظه است. همچنین با مقایسه نتایج بدست آمده از تئوری تنش-کوپل اصلاح شده با نتاج حاصل از تئوری تیر کلاسیک میتوان اظهار نمود که رفتار ارتعاشاتی میکرو تیر مذکور به شدت وابسته به اندازه میباشد.

تحلیل عددی - تجربی خصوصیات ماده A356 در بارگذاری خستگی کم چرخه
این مقاله با شبیه سازی خستگی کم چرخه (LCF)، به دنبال ارزیابی پارامترهای خستگی، خواهد بود که برای برآورد عمر خستگی تحت بارگذاری تک محوره مناسب است .پاسخ تنش کرنش الاستیک و پلاستیک سیکلی با استفاده از روش های پلاستیسیته تجزیه و تحلیل شد. شبیه سازی المان محدود (FE) رفتار غیر الاستیک ماده با استفاده از بسته المان محدود ABAQUS انجام شد. با استفاده از این نرم افزار المان محدود رفتار سیکلی آلیاژ A356 آلومینیم کالیبره شده است. برای تأیید تجربی، یک سری از آزمایشات خستگی کم چرخه تحت فشار کنترل شده و سیکل های کاملا معکوس شونده با استفاده از دستگاه MTS 810 سروو- هیدرولیک و با کنترولر MTS Flex Test GT در 120 و 280 درجه سانتی گراد انجام شد. مقایسه بین شبیه سازی عددی و مشاهدات تجربی نشان دهنده تطابق رضایت بخشی به معنای مهندسی است. بر اساس پاسخ سیکلی الاستیک - پلاستیک تنش-کرنش، آزمایش و شبیه سازی محاسبه شده برای دامنه کرنش های مختلف، به عنوان پارامتر آسیب خستگی شناخته شده است. ساختار سطح نمونه ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تصاویری از ساختار ساختار دندریتی خاص با بازوهای دندریت ثانویه (SDAS) آنها حدود 25 میکرومتر هستند. نتایج حاصل از آزمایش های هم دما در دماهای C° 120 و 280 در سیکل ثابت شده مشاهده می شود که آلیاژ در دمای C° 120 رفتار سخت شوندگی سیکلی از خود نشان می دهد و در دمای C° 280 رفتار آن نرم شوندگی سیکلی است.

بررسی تحلیلی جذب انرژی ورقهای ساندویچی با هسته لانه زنبوری
چکیده- هدف این مقاله ارائه روش تحلیلی جدیدی برای محاسبه میزان جذب انرژی ورقهای ساندویچی آلومینیوم-هانیکمب تحت اثر ضربه بالستیک میباشد. ورقهای ساندویچی آلومینیوم-هانیکمب دارای هسته هانیکمب شش ضلعی میباشد که بین دو صفحة فلزی آلومینیومی، محصور شده است. ضربه زننده بهصورت پرتابه صلب استوانهای سر تخت در نظر گرفته شده است. با استفاده از مدل جرم و فنر، جذب انرژی لایههای آلومینیومی در بارگذاری شبهاستاتیکی و با در نظر گرفتن مکانیزمهای مختلف جذب انرژی محاسبه شده است. همچنین جذب انرژی هانیکمب نیز به کمک مدل ویرزبیکی محاسبه میگردد. جذب انرژی توسط ورقهای ساندویچی آلومینیوم- هانیکمب محاسبه و با استفاده از موازنة انرژی، سرعت حد بالستیک و سرعت باقیماندة پرتابه محاسبه شده است. مقادیر سرعت حد بالستیک و سرعت باقیماندة محاسبه شده با روش تحلیلی همخوانی مناسبی با مقادیر تجربی دارد. همچنین اثرات جرم و قطر پرتابه و اندازة سلول هانیکمب در میزان جذب انرژی ساندویچ پانل بررسی شده است.

بررسی علل شکست سوپاپ اطمینان مخازن حمل گاز LPG
سوپاپ اطمینان قسمت حساس یک دستگاه است که جهت تأمین امنیت جانی و مالی افراد مرتبط با آن از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. کاربرد این قطعه در سیستم هایی که احتمال افزایش فشار درونی سیستم به بیش از مقدار مجاز می رود ضروری است. یکی از این سیستم ها مخازن حمل گاز است که مانند یک بمب متحرک بوده و در صورت عملکرد نادرست سوپاپ اطمینان در هر جایی امکان انفجار آنها وجود دارد. در این تحقیق به بررسی علل شکست سوپاپ اطمینان یکی از این مخازن که مخصوص حمل گاز LPG است پرداخته می شود. به این منظور آزمایشات آنالیز شیمیایی، متالوگرافی، تعیین خواص مکانیکی و شکست نگاری بر روی نمونه شکسته شده انجام گردید. کیفیت سطحی نمونه نیز توسط استریو میکروسکوپ و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مورد بررسی واقع شد. نتایج این بررسی ها نشان دهنده بروز شکست خستگی در نمونه است. عوامل اصلی موثر در بروز این پدیده، کاهش کیفیت سطحی ناشی از خوردگی حفره ای و ماشینکاری نامناسب تشخیص داده شد.

بررسی تجربی و عددی گسترش ترک در رگه های بال سنجاقک
بالهای حشرات ساختارهای حیاتی پیچیدهای هستند که دارای رفتار مکانیکی جالب توجهی میباشند. بالها اساسا از رگهها و پوستهها تشکیل یافتهاند. پوستههای تشکیل دهنده بال از لحاظ مکانیکی از چقرمگی بالایی برخوردار نیستند. اما به طور کلی مجموعه ساختار بال از مقاومت بسیار بالایی در برابر گسترش ترک برخوردار است. در این مقاله، ترکیبی از روشهای عکس برداری با میکروسکوپ الکترونی، تست کشش و شبیهسازی عددی به منظور بررسی نقش رگهها بر مکانیزم چقرمگی بال مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. مدلسازی عددی رشد ترک در رگه بر مبنای روش المان محدود توسعه یافته میباشد. خواص مکانیکی الاستیک خطی و قانون کشش- جدایش خطی به منظور شبیهسازی رفتار ساختاری ماده تشکیلدهنده رگه استفاده میشود. عکسهای میکروسکپی نشان میدهند که رگههای بال دارای ساختار میکروسکپی توخالی متشکل از لایههای ساخته شده از کیتین و پروتئین میباشند. نتایج حاصل از شبیهسازی عددی نشان میدهد که تمامی لایههای سازنده رگه با تنش ناشی از شرایط بارگذاری خارجی مواجه میشوند. اما حضور پروتئین نقش مهمی در جلوگیری از رشد ترک ایفا میکند. مقایسه نتایج نشان دهنده مطابقت مطلوب بین مدلسازیهای عددی انجام شده و نتایج تجربی میباشد.

بررسی اثر نسبت اضلاع میله در انتشار امواج هدایت شده فراصوت در میلهای با مقطع مستطیلی
در این پژوهش تأثیر نسبت اضلاع مقطع یک میله با مقطع مستطیل بر سرعت امواج طولی، پیچشی و خمشی بررسی میشود و جابجایی ذرات میله در مجاورت سطوح آزاد آن بهدست میآید. حرکت موج در یک میله با مقطع مستطیل باید به صورت سه بعدی تحلیل شود. در دستگاه معادلات همگنی که برای تأمین شرایط مرزی سطوح بدون تنش تشکیل میشود، ضرایب نامعینی ظاهر میشوند که برای وجود جواب غیربدیهی باید دترمینان ضرایب این دستگاه برابر صفر شود. به این ترتیب معادله مشخصه امواج قابل انتشار به دست میآید. با نوشتن یک برنامه کامپیوتری ریشههای حقیقی این معادله استخراج، و نمودارهای طیف فرکانس، سرعت فاز، سرعت گروه و ساختار موج برای امواج طولی، پیچشی و خمشی رسم میشوند. با افزایش نسبت اضلاع مقطع میله مشاهده میشود که با افزایش فرکانس، سرعت فاز امواج طولی و پیچشی کاهش یافته در حالی که سرعت فاز امواج خمشی افزایش یافته است. همچنین برای بعضی از مودها، تغییر مکان ذرات در مجاورت سطح قابل ملاحظه و برای بعضی مودهای دیگر این تغییر مکان ناچیز است.

تأثیر فرآیند نورد تجمعی معکوس بر ریزساختار، خواص مکانیکی و ناهمگنی خواص آلیاژآلومینیوم AA1050
در این پژوهش پس از انجام 13 پاس فرآیند نورد تجمعی بر ورق آلومینیوم AA1050، بهبود ریزساختار ورق تا دستیابی به دانههایی با ابعاد نانومتری بررسی شده است. در این پژوهش بین پاسهای فرآیند ورقها o180 حول محور عمود (ND) چرخانده و هر پاس در خلاف جهت پاس قبل انجام شده است و همچنین قبل از انجام هر پاس ورق تحت عملیات پیشگرم قرار گرفته است. به منظور بررسی تغییرات استحکام و میزان ازدیاد طول ورق طی پاسهای مختلف فرآیند، آزمون کشش تکمحور در سه جهت نورد (RD)، جهت عرضی (TD) و زاویهی o45 نسبت به جهت نورد انجام و میزان ناهمگنی خواص در این سه جهت اندازهگیری شده است. چگونگی تغییر ناهمگنی خواص مکانیکی ورق طی پاسهای مختلف فرآیند به صورت سینوسی است و کمترین میزان ناهمگنی در پاسهای سوم، چهارم و سیزدهم به وقوع پیوست. در پایان با انجام آزمون میکروسختی ویکرز در طول ضخامت ورق، تغییرات سختی طی پاسهای مختلف فرآیند بررسی شده است. سختی و استحکام ورقها در پاسهای ابتدایی فرآیند افزایش مییابد، در پاسهای میانی تقریبا ثابت است و در پاسهای پایانی نیز کمی کاهش مییابد. میزان ازدیاد طول نیز پس از افت ناگهانی در پاس اول، در پاسهای بعدی فرآیند با شیب کمی افزایش مییابد.

بررسی تاثیر پارامترهای جوشکاری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی بر روی شکل پذیری ورق های ترکیبی آلومینیم
ورق ترکیبی آلومینیم متشکل از دو یا چند نوع ورق آلومینیم می باشد که با یکی از فرآیندهای جوشکاری بصورت لب به لب بهم جوش می شود. ورقهای ترکیبی آلومینیم بدلیل نسبت استحکام به وزن بالا کاربرد زیادی در صنایع مختلف از جمله صنعت خودروسازی دارند. روشهای مختلفی برای جوشکاری ورقهای آلومینیم بهم وجود دارد، اما روشهای جوشکاری ذوبی بدلیل اینکه سبب تشکیل فازهای ترد در حوضچه مذاب می شوند باعث کاهش استحکام جوش می شوند. به همین دلیل یکی از روشهای جوشکاری جایگزین جوشکاری اصطکاکی می باشد. پارامترهای جوشکاری اصطکاکی تاثیر زیادی در کیفیت جوش دارند. در تحقیق حاضر تعدادی از مهمترین پارامترهای جوشکاری مورد بررسی قرار می گیرند. این پارامترهای شامل نوع ایزار جوشکاری اصطکاکی، سرعت دورانی ابزار و سرعت حرکت خطی ابزار می باشد. از آنجائیکه ورقهای ترکیبی در فرآیندهای شکل دهی تحت فرآیندهای شکل دهی خارج از صفحه قرار می گیرند در تحقیق حاضر از آزمون سنبه سرکروی (اریکسون) برای بررسی کیفیت جوش استفاده می شود. بر همین اساس یک طراحی آزمایش به روش تاگوچی انجام می شود و تعدادی نمونه ورق ترکیبی آلومینیم جوش می شود. فلزات پایه ورق ترکیبی، آلومینیم 6061 و 5281 می باشد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان می دهد که نوع ابزار جوشکاری تاثیر زیادی در کیفیت جوش دارد. افزایش سرعت دورانی ابزار سبب افزایش کیفیت جوش و خاصیت شکل پذیری ورق ترکیبی می شود.

تحلیل عددی و تجربی شکلدهی الکترومغناطیس لوله به طرف داخل به روش کوپل
چکیده یکی از مهمترین بحثها در شبیهسازی فرآیند شکلدهی الکترومغناطیس لوله به طرف داخل، چگونگی کوپلکردن دو قسمت مغناطیسی و سازه میباشد. در این مقاله این فرآیند، به دو روش کوپل ضعیف و کوپل ترتیبی شبیهسازی شده است. در روش کوپل ضعیف، این دو قسمت به صورت جدا از هم حلشده اما در حالت کوپل ترتیبی با استفاده از معادلات ماکسول و روش حل تفاضل محدود و استفاده از یک زیر برنامه در محیط نرمافزار آباکوس، حل این دو قسمت به صورت همزمان انجام شده است؛ از این رو تغییر شکل قطعهکار و تأثیر آن بر اندوکتانس قطعهکار درطول فرآیند در روش کوپل ترتیبی لحاظ میشود. در روش کوپل ضعیف، میزان عمق فروروی مرکز قطعهکار در مقایسه با حالت تجربی 35 درصد اختلاف دارد اما این اختلاف با استفاده از روش کوپل ترتیبی به حدود 5 درصد میرسد. دلیل این اختلاف زیاد عدم درنظرگرفتن تغییرشکل قطعهکار و تغییراندوکتانس در طول فرآیند است. از مدل خسارت جانسون-کوک برای پیشبینی پارگی در این فرآیند استفاده شده است. افزایش ولتاژ تخلیه موجب افزایش میزان خسارت جانسون-کوک و همچنین افزایش ضخامت قطعهکار نیز به عنوان دومین متغیر مهم، موجب کاهش میزان خسارت و درنتیجه کاهش احتمال پارگی میشود. به طور کلی میزان خسارت کمتر از 8/0 را میتوان به عنوان یک منطقه ایمن بدون پارگی معرفی کرد.
