In this study, in order to compare obtained results in fistula, two Newtonian and carreau non-Newtonian blood models are used at maximum and medium flow rate of blood pulsation curve (in flow rate at the time of 0.2 and 0.4 seconds respectively). At an angle of 90 degrees, the formed vortices dimensions, due to the separation of the flow during passing through the region of the Anastomosis, significantly larger than obtuse angles. Consequently, the probability  of deposition in the region of the flow increases sharply. So from the standpoint of flow pattern, the 90-degree angles are inappropriate Anastomosis angle for fistula. At the obtuse angles, the dimensions of these vortexes become much smaller, and then the obtuse angles are considered a better choice. From the standpoint of maximum shear stress, Anastomosis with obtuse angles in comparison with the Anastomosis angle of 90 degrees, has lower maximum shear stress values and the range involved in the maximum shear stress in Anastomosis with 90 degrees is much wider than the range of Anastomosis with the obtuse. Hence, the probability of manifestation of thrombosis (the main factor of fistula failure) is much higher. In this simulation, the results related to the Newtonian and non-Newtonian models are very close, and the non-Newtonian model predicts shear stress slightly more.}, keywords = {Hemodialysis,Fistula obtuse angle,thrombosis,atherosclerosis,shear stress}, title_fa = {بررسی پیوند با زوایای منفرجه برای کاهش شکست فیستول با استفاده از مدلسازی عددی}, abstract_fa = {با توجه به نقش تعیین کننده‌ی زاویه‌ی پیوند در کارایی فیستول برای دیالیز، پیوندهای منفرجه با زوایای 90 ، 120 ، 135 و 145 طراحی و شبیه‌سازی‌شده و نتایج، ازنقطه نظر الگوهای جریان در محل پیوند و تنش برشی در دیواره‌ی فیستول مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش، جهت مقایسه‌ی نتایج در فیستول از دو مدل خون نیوتونی و غیر نیوتونی با مدل کاریو استفاده‌شده و در دبی بیشینه و متوسط از منحنی ضربانی خون )به ترتیب در دبی جریان در زمان 0/2 ثانیه و 4/ 0 ثانیه( مدل‌سازی شدند. در زاویه‌ی 90 درجه، ابعاد گردابه‌های تشکیل شده، به علت جدایش جریان در هنگام عبور از محل پیوند، به‌طور محسوسی بزر گتر از زوایای منفرجه می‌باشند و درنتیجه احتمال گرفتگی در محل جریان به شدت افزایش می‌یابد؛ بنابراین ازنقطه نظر الگوی جریان، زاوی هی 90 درجه پیوند مناسبی برای ایجاد فیستول نیست. در زوایای منفرجه ابعاد این گردابه‌ها بسیار کوچکتر می‌شوند و در این صورت زوایای منفرجه انتخاب بهتری محسوب می‌شوند. ازنقطه‌ نظر تنش برشی بیشینه، پیوند با زوایای منفرجه نسبت به پیوند با زاویه‌ی 90 درجه، مقادیر تنش برشی بیشینه‌ی کمتری دارند. محدوده‌ی درگیر در تنش برشی بیشینه در پیوند با زاویه‌ی 90 درجه بسیار بزرگتر از محدوده‌ی پیوند با زوایای منفرجه می‌باشد؛ بنابراین احتمال بروز ترومبوز )عامل اصلی شکست فیستول( در آن بسیار بیشتر است. در این شبیه‌سازی نتایج مربوط به مدل‌های نیوتونی و غیر نیوتونی بسیار به هم نزدیک بوده و مدل غیر نیوتونی، مقادیر تنش برشی را کمی بیشتر پیش بینی کرده است.}, keywords_fa = {همودیالیز,زاویه ی فیستول منفرجه,ترمبوز,گرفتگی جریان,تنش برشی}, url = {https://mej.aut.ac.ir/article_3372.html}, eprint = {https://mej.aut.ac.ir/article_3372_bfde9d3732e19e26ee180f15b21a372e.pdf} }
