Methane is the major chemical component of liquefied natural gas which varies between 87.0–99.8% for different sources. The cryogenic power generation cycle using liquefied natural gas as its heat sink is known to be one of the considerable ways for the liquefied natural gas exergy recovery. A double-stage Rankine power generation cycle using the single component working fluid in each stage for liquefied natural gas cold exergy recovery is used as a base case in the present study. To improve the recovery of liquefied natural gas cold exergy, a three-stage Rankine power generation cycle has been proposed using mixture working fluid. Optimization is done using the particle swarm algorithm. The performance of the three-stage Rankine power generation cycle is studied regarding the effects of thermal efficiencies, exergy efficiencies, overall heat transfer coefficient of condensers and natural gas distribution pressure. Specific power production of the cycle is 100.45, thermal efficiency is 12.76%, and exergy efficiency is 27.92%. By decreasing the total coefficient of heat transfer, the condensers of different stages of the cycle reduce the maximum output power of the cycle with different trends. The results show that by decreasing the distribution pressure of natural gas, specific power production, thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency increases. So that their optimal values at 6 bar are 290.87, 25.63% and 39.12%, respectively.  }, keywords = {Liquefied Natural Gas,Rankine cycle,Cold exergy,Regasification,Power Generation}, title_fa = {شبیه‎ سازی و بهینه‎ سازی چرخه تولید توان رانکین به منظور بهره ‎وری از اگزرژی سرمایشی گاز طبیعی مایع‎ شده}, abstract_fa = {گاز طبیعی مایع‎ شده توسط سرمایش گاز طبیعی تا 162-  درجه سلسیوس در فشار اتمسفر به دست می‎ آید. متان جزء اصلی ترکیب شیمیایی گاز طبیعی مایع‎ شده است که برای منابع مختلف بین 87 تا 8/99 درصد متفاوت است. چرخه تولید توان کرایوژنیک با استفاده از گاز طبیعی مایع‎ شده به عنوان چاه حرارتی، به یکی از راه‎کارهای قابل توجه برای بازیابی اگزرژی سرمایشی گاز طبیعی مایع ‎شده تبدیل شده‎است. در مطالعه حاضر یک چرخه تولید توان رانکین دو مرحله‎ ای به منظور بازیابی اگزرژی سرمایشی گاز طبیعی مایع‎ شده با به کار بردن سیال عامل تک جزئی در هر مرحله‎‎ به عنوان پایه در نظر گرفته شده‎ است و بر اساس آن یک چرخه تولید توان رانکین سه مرحله‎‎ا ی با استفاده از سیال عامل مخلوط پیشنهاد شده‎ است. بهینه‎ سازی چرخه با استفاده از الگوریتم ازدحام ذرات انجام می ‎شود. عملکرد چرخه تولید توان رانکین سه مرحله ‎ای با تأثیر راندمان حرارتی، راندمان اگزرژی، ضریب کلی انتقال حرارت چگالند‎‎ه‎ ها و فشار توزیع گاز طبیعی بررسی شده‎ است. توان تولیدی ویژه چرخه رانکین سه مرحله‎ای 45/100، راندمان حرارتی 76/12 درصد و راندمان اگزرژی 92/27 درصد می‎ باشد که افزایش قابل توجهی را نسبت به چرخه پایه نشان می‎ دهد. با کاهش مقدار ضریب کلی انتقال حرارت چگالنده‎ های مراحل مختلف چرخه حداکثر توان خروجی چرخه با روندهای متفاوتی کاهش می ‎یابد. نتایج نشان می‎ دهد که با کاهش فشار توزیع گاز طبیعی توان تولیدی ویژه، راندمان حرارتی و راندمان اگزرژی به مقدار محسوسی افزایش می یابد.}, keywords_fa = {گاز طبیعی مایع‎ شده,چرخه تولید توان رانکین,اگزرژی سرمایشی,بازیابی گاز,تولید توان}, url = {https://mej.aut.ac.ir/article_3400.html}, eprint = {https://mej.aut.ac.ir/article_3400_16192690dd337d8cfc30cdb883cb1b8b.pdf} }
