ارائه یک مدل حرارتی کوپل شده برای چرخه تبرید و کابین اولین محصول مبتنی بر پلتفرم ملی خودرو
امروزه عملکرد سیستم تهویه مطبوع خودرو به عنوان یکی از مهمترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آسایش و راحتی سرنشینان خودرو، بیش از پیش مورد توجه میباشد. در این مطالعه، یک مدل عددی حرارتی گذرا برای چرخه تبرید و کابین اولین محصول مبتنی بر پلتفرم ملی خودرو توسعه داده شده و ارائه گردیده است. بدین منظور، هر یک از اجزای چرخه تبرید مدلسازی شده است. در گام بعدی، بارهای حرارتی وارد بر کابین خودرو محاسبه شده و همچنین بار حرارتی ناشی از تابش خورشید برای تمامی نقاط کشور و تمامی ساعات روز در نظر گرفته شده است. مدل پیشنهادی برای بررسی خنک کنندگی سیستم تهویه مطبوع اولین محصول مبتنی بر پلتفرم ملی خودرو استفاده شده است. همچنین، برای تحلیل ترمودینامیکی مبدلهای حرارتی به کار رفته در مدل، از روش ε-NTUاستفاده شده است. مدل ارائهشده در این مقاله میتواند به عنوان یک ابزار مؤثر در زمینه مهندسی به کمک رایانه جهت تجزیه و تحلیل عملکرد سیستمهای تهویه مطبوع سایر خودروها استفاده گردد. در انتها، مقدار 5/239 کیلووات بار حرارتی وارد شده به کابین خودرو به دست آمد. همچنین مشخص گردید که سیستم تهویه مطبوع توانایی رساندن دمای کابین خودرو را از 60درجه سانتیگراد به 25درجه سانتیگراد ظرف مدت 25دقیقه داراست.

ارزیابی تأثیر مشخصه های فردی بر احساس حرارتی در یک استخر سرپوشیده با تغییر در جانمایی دریچه های ورودی هوا
در استخرهای سرپوشیده به علت حضور گسترده افراد با شرایط متفاوت، طراحی سیستم تهویه مطبوع که توانایی ایجاد شرایط آسایش حرارتی برای اکثریت افراد حاضر را داشته باشد اهمیت پیدا میکند. افراد حاضر در استخر از نظر شرایط بدنی و جنسیت با یکدیگر تفاوت داشته و نیاز است تا تأثیر این عوامل بر آسایش حرارتی افراد بررسی شود. بر این اساس، در این تحقیق با استفاده از مدل آسایش حرارتی انفرادی سه نقطهای به ارزیابی تأثیر عوامل فردی بر احساس حرارتی افراد حاضر در یک استخر شنای سرپوشیده پرداخته شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که زنان در مقایسه با مردان نسبت به شرایط سرما حساسترند. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان میدهد که شاخص توده بدنی نیز تأثیر قابل ملاحظهای بر احساس حرارتی افراد دارد. به طوری که افراد لاغر در مقایسه با افراد دارای سلامت وزنی احساس حرارتی سردتر و افراد دارای اضافه وزن دارای احساس گرمتر هستند. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، با تغییر شاخص توده بدنی افراد، شاخص احساس حرارتی افراد میتواند تا نزدیک به 0/4واحد تغییر کند که این امر در ارزیابی آسایش حرارتی بسیار قابل توجه است.

ارزیابی عددی جت عرضی پالسی در انحراف بردار تراست نازل
در تحقیق حاضر، برای شبیهسازی تغییرات زمانی ساختارهای منسجم جریان آشفته و صرفه جویی زمان محاسبات، نرم افزاری با استفاده از رهیافت آشفتگی گذرای متوسط گیری رینولدز معادلات ناویر-استوکس توسعه یافته و از آن برای شبیهسازی عددی جت برخوردی در جریان خروجی نازل، تعیین دقیق ساختار جریان و میزان انحراف بردار تراست استفاده شده است. از آنجاکه نرمافزار توسعه یافته به روش گذرای متوسط گیری رینولدز معادلات ناویر-استوکس قابلیت استخراج فیزیک جریانهای وابسته به زمان را دارد، از اینرو، در این مقاله برای بررسی قابلیت کد و اثر جتهای برخوردی پالسی در کیفیت جریان خروجی نازل و میزان تغییر در بردار تراست، به تحلیل جتهای پالسی با فرکانسهای 100 ،50و 200هرتز پرداخته شده است. ابتدا اعتبارسنجی نتایج با مقایسه دادههای تجربی صورت گرفته، سپس نحوه تغییرات و شکل گیری جت عرضی و تاثیر آن بر میدان جریان، توزیع فشار روی سطح نازل در فرکانسهای پالسی مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این مقاله، روابط حاکم بر رهیافت گذرای متوسط گیری رینولدز معادلات ناویر-استوکس تشریح و همچنین گام زمانی و شرایط مرزی بکاررفته نیز ارائه گردیده است. گسسته سازی معادلات به روش حجم محدود صورت گرفته و برای بهبود دقت محاسبات، از شبکهبندی چندبلوکی باسازمان استفاده شده است.

بررسی عددی انتقال حرارت مختلط درون یک حفره حاوی نانوسیالات غیرنیوتنی با استفاده از مدل دوفازی مخلوط
در تحقیق حاضر، انتقال حرارت جابجایی مختلط در حفره ی پر شده از نانوسیال غیرنیوتنی با استفاده از مدل دوفازی مخلوط شبیه سازی شده است. نانوسیال آب- مس در این مسئله از خود رفتار سیالات رقیق شوندهی برشی را نشان میدهد. تأثیر رفتار غیرنیوتنی سیال با استفاده از مدل قانون توانی برای مقادیر مختلف شاخص قانون توانی بررسی شده است. پس از اعمال معادلات حاکم و مدلهای مورد نظر در کد محاسباتی، اعتبارسنجی آن با شبیه سازی مسئله در حالتهای سیال نیوتنی و غیرنیوتنی و مقایسه نتایج با کار دیگر محققین صورت پذیرفته است. پس از آن، شبیه سازی مسئله مورد نظر برای عدد ریچاردسون 0/001تا ،1شاخص قانون توانی 0/2تا 1و کسر حجمی نانوذرات صفر تا 0/09صورت پذیرفته است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان میدهند که افزایش عدد ریچاردسون سبب کاهش انتقال حرارت میگردد. در تمامی اعداد ریچاردسون با کاهش شاخص قانون توانی، عدد ناسلت میانگین کاهش مییابد. با افزایش کسر حجمی از صفر تا 0/09در شاخص قانون توانی ،0/2 عدد ناسلت میانگین برای ریچاردسون 0/001در حدود % 15/75و برای ریچاردسون 1در حدود % 17/32افزایش پیدا میکند.

بررسی عددی تاثیر محرک پلاسما بر کارآیی خنککاری لایهای سوراخ تزریق لایهگستر
در مطالعه حاضر، تاثیر محرک پلاسما بر میدانهای جریان و دما در روش خنک کاری لایهای بر روی یک صفحه تخت از طریق سوراخ تزریق لایه گستر به صورت عددی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جریان سه بعدی، آشفته، غیرقابل تراکم و پایدار درنظر گرفته شده و شبیه سازیهای عددی با استفاده از شبکه سازمان یافته و غیریکنواخت، با بکارگیری مدل آشفتگی ِکی - اِپسیلون رینولدز پایین انجام شده است. به منظور اعتبارسنجی، نتایج عددی حاضر با نتایج تجربی و عددی مقایسه شده که از تطابق مناسبی برخوردار میباشد. سپس تاثیر پارامترهای مختلف جریانی و الکتریکی در حضور پلاسما بررسی شده است. در ادامه، با زاویه تزریق، نسبت طول به قطر سوراخ تزریق و نسبت چگالی ثابت، بررسی در مقادیر مختلف نسبت دمش 0/5 ،0/25 و ،1ولتاژهای ورودی 16 ،0و 24 کیلوولت و سرعتهای مختلف ورودی 9 ،4/5و 45متر برثانیه انجام شده است. مطابق نتایج، سوراخ تزریق لایه گستر نسبت به استوانهای به دلیل گسترش جانبی اثرات بهتری بر خنک کاری لایهای میگذارد. تاثیر محرک پلاسما بر کارآیی خنک کاری لایهای در نسبت دمش و سرعتهای پایین، بیشتر و با افزایش ولتاژ اعمالی نیز زیاد میشود. بنابراین حالت بهینه جهت ارتقای راندمان خنک کاری، در شرایط ولتاژهای بالاتر و نسبت دمش و سرعتهای پایینتر میباشد.

تحلیل تجربی انتقال حرارت جت دایروی برخوردی به سطح مقعر نامتقارن
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تجربی جریان و انتقال حرارت جت برخوردی دایروی به سطح مقعر نامتقارن است. به این منظور از یک سطح نامتقارن استوانهای با دو شعاع انحنای 8 و 12سانتیمتر استفاده شده است. روی سطح مقعر، با استفاده از گرمکن سیلیکونی انعطاف پذیر شار حرارتی ثابت با توان 2000وات بر متر مربع اعمال شده است. مقادیر دما روی سطح مقعر با استفاده از دوربین مادون قرمز اندازه گیری و ثبت شده است. توزیع عدد ناسلت سطح نامتقارن با مقادیر ناسلت سطوح متقارن با شعاعهای انحنای 8و 12سانتی متر مقایسه شده است. بررسیهای تجربی انتقال حرارت جت برخوردی به سطح مقعر نامتقارن در سه عدد رینولدز 35000 ،23000و 50000 و سه فاصله نسبی جت از سطح برخورد 4 ،2 و 6 انجام شده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد که در سطع مقعر نامقارن، سطح با شعاع انحنای 8 سانتیمتر عدد ناسلت بیشتری در مقایسه با سطح با شعاع انحنای 12سانتیمتر دارد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد که در سطح نامتقارن، توزیع عدد ناسلت در راستای انحنای سطح، نامتقارن و در راستای محوری متقارن است. همچنین، با کاهش فاصله جت از سطح برخورد عدد ناسلت در سراسر سطح نامتقارن افزایش مییابد.

جابهجایی آزاد آشفته نانوسیال آب- اکسیدآلومینیوم با خواص متغیّر درون یک محفظه با وجود منبع گرم و منبع سرد روی دیوارههای عمودی آن
انتقال حرارت جابه جایی طبیعی نانوسیال آب- اکسیدآلومینیوم با خواص متغیر در جریان آشفته درون یک محفظه مربعی با منابع حرارتی گرم و سرد برجسته روی دیوارههای عمودی آن به صورت عددی بررسی شده است. لزجت سیال پایه، ضریب هدایت حرارتی و لزجت نانوسیال تابع دما و کسر حجمی نانوذرات میباشند. معادلات حاکم در حالت دو بعدی با استفاده از روش حجم محدود بر مبنای المان محدود گسسته سازی شدهاند و معیار همگرایی در آنها 10-6میباشد. برای مدل سازی آشفتگی نیز از مدل k-w-SST استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج، مشاهده میشود که تغییر محل قرارگیری منبع گرم و سرد روی دیوارهها و عدد رایلی باعث تغییر الگوی خطوط جریان و همدما میشوند. در اعداد رایلی 107و 108عدد ناسلت متوسط با افزایش کسر حجمی نانوذرات تا 1درصد افزایش و سپس کاهش مییابد. برای بعضی از حالتها عدد ناسلت متوسط نانوسیال نسبت به سیال پایه کمتر میباشد و لذا در هندسه مذکور، به کارگیری نانوسیال برای افزایش انتقال حرارت در این حالتها مطلوب نمیباشد. به ازای هر دو عدد رایلی 107و ،108کمترین و بیشترین مقدار عدد ناسلت متوسط به ترتیب برای حالتهای بالا- پایین و پایین-پایین رخ میدهد.

مطالعه عددی تأثیر میدان های مغناطیسی غیر یکنواخت در انتقال حرارت و پیشروی جبهه انجماد و ذوب در یک محفظه بسته
اخیرا سیستم های جدید ذخیره سازی انرژی با استفاده از مواد تغییر فاز دهنده مورد توجه زیادی قرار گرفتهاند، زیرا این مواد در هنگام تغیر فاز، می توانند انرژی را در دمای ثابت جذب و آزاد کنند. با توجه به این ویژگی، آنها به طور گستردهای در سیستم های انرژی استفاده می شود. در این مطالعه، تأثیر اعمال میدان مغناطیسی غیر یکنواخت با گرادیانهای مثبت و منفی بر روی انتقال حرارت و پیشروی جبهه انجماد و ذوب نانوسیال مغناطیس شونده فاقد هدایت الکتریکی بعنوان یک ماده تغییر فاز دهنده در یک محفظه چهارگوش در حضور میدانهای مغناطیسی مختلف بهصورت عددی با استفاده از مدل تک فازی همگن و روش حجم محدود، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در کار حاضر برای تحلیل فرآیند انجماد و ذوب مواد تغییر فاز دهنده بهبود یافته با نانوذرات (که در مطالعه حاضر از نانوذرات اکسید آهن استفاده شده است،). از روش آنتالپی- تخلخل استفاده شده است. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، نانوذرات و اعمال میدان مغناطیسی باعث سرعت بخشیدن به فرآیندهای ذوب و انجماد میشود. میدان مغناطیسی با گرادیان منفی در جهت محور عمودی، در هر دو حالت انجماد و ذوب بیشترین تأثیر را در پیشروی سریع جبهه انجماد و ذوب و در نتیجه کوتاهتر شدن زمان این فرآیند دارد.

تعیین شروع و طول احتراق موتور اشتعالتراکمی مخلوطهمگن به روش مقدار متوسط برای کاربردهای کنترلی
امروزه موتورهای اشتعال تراکمی مخلوط همگن، اندیشهای نوین برای کاهش مصرف سوخت و آلایندههای تولیدی موتور محسوب میشوند. به همین علت بررسیهای گوناگونی در این زمینه انجام شده است. مهمترین مشکل برای انبوهسازی این موتورها در صنعت، دشواری کنترل احتراق در آنها است. برخی از متغیرهای موتور بر احتراق و عملکرد آن تأثیر بسزایی دارند. بررسی این متغیرها در یک الگوی تک ناحیهای، شدت تأثیر هر یک از آنها بر عملکرد موتور را به طور کیفی مشخص میکند. در این مقاله یک مدل تک ناحیهای با در نظر گرفتن سینتیک مفصل شیمیایی در محیط برنامه نویسی نرمافزار متلب ایجاد و پس از واسنجی، تأثیر متغیرهایی نظیر فشار و دمای مخلوط ورودی، نسبت همارزی، مقدار گازهای برگشتی، رطوبت نسبی و دور موتور بر زمان شروع و طول دوره احتراق به دقت بررسی شد. سوخت موتور در این بررسی متان بوده و زمان شروع احتراق، لحظهای در نظر گرفته شده که 5درصد سوخت موجود مصرف شده است. در نهایت از برازش نتایج حاصل از شبیهسازی، رابطهای برای زمان شروع و طول دوره احتراق با تکیه بر اصول مدلسازی روش مقدار متوسط به منظور استفاده در مدلهای کنترلگرا ارائه شده است. همچنین مقدار میانگین مشتق سوم فشار بر حسب درجه لنگ در لحظه شروع احتراق برای موتور مورد نظر گزارش شده که یکی از مهمترین معیارهای تعیین زمان شروع احتراق در کاربردهای کنترلی است.

مدلسازی آثار افزودن دوده و محصولات احتراق ناقص متان بر سینتیک شیمیایی احتراق متان و تولید آلاینده ها
تحقیقات پیشین نشاندهنده نقش بارز افزودن دوده در بهبود تابش شعله سوخت گاز طبیعی است؛ اما اثر این افزودنی بر تولید آلایندهها و همچنین روند واکنش احتراق متان کمتر مورد توجه بوده است. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از مکانیزیم GRI3.0 و در شرایط صفر بعدی توسط کدهای کانترا به بررسی سینتیکی اثر افزودن دوده با فرض حالت گازی بر واکنشهای زنجیرهای احتراق متان و کسر مولی آلایندهها و گونههای میانی احتراق متان میپردازد. همچنین افزودن محصولات احتراق ناقص متان به عنوان راهکاری برای کنترل آلایندهها مورد ارزیابی سینتیکی قرارگرفته است. نتایج دقت قابل قبول استفاده از مدل صفر بعدی و مکانیزم GRI3.0 با فرض رفتاری گازی برای ذرات دوده برای ذرات با قطر کمتر از 25میکرون را نشان میدهد. تحلیل سینتیکی حاکی است افزودن دوده با فرض حالت گازی با افزایش نرخ تولید رادیکالهای فعال در احتراق موجب تولید بیشتر آلاینده COشده و با افزایش نسبی دما موجب رشد کسر مولی آلاینده NOخواهد شد. از طرفی افزودن محصولات احتراق ناقص باعث کاهش تولید آلاینده COشده و دمای احتراق را نیز میکاهد. بر این اساس میتوان به منظور افزایش تابش شعله و همچنین کنترل آلایندهها ترکیبی از افزودنی کربن و محصولات احتراق ناقص را به احتراق متان اضافه نمود.

بررسی انحراف محیط و صدورسطح تابشی بر انتقال حرارت جابجایی ترکیبی یک محفظه با سطح عایق متحرک
در بسیاری از مواقع اثر تابش داخل محفظههای شامل جابجایی، در نظر گرفته نمیشود اما به دلیل کاربرد تابش در بسیاری از صنایع مانند طراحی راکتورهای هستهای، کورهها، خنک کنندههای الکتریکی و کلکتورهای خورشیدی این موضوع نیاز به بررسی دارد. در این مقاله، انتقال حرارت جابجایی ترکیبی-تابش با یک سطح متحرک از محفظه مربعی با جریان آرام و محیط خاکستری جذب کننده، صادرکننده و منحرف شونده با انحراف ایزوتروپیک به روش حجم محدود حل شده است. اثر انحراف و اثر ضریب صدور دیوار سرد بر روی انتقال حرارت، خطوط جریان و خطوط دما مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. تمام دیوارهها به جز دیواره سمت راست، سیاه در نظر گرفته شده است. مسئله تابش به روش طولهای مجزا حل شده و ضریب جذب برابر 0/1 ثابت فرض شده است. در مسئله جابجایی به دلیل همبستگی میدان سرعت و فشار از روش سیمپلر و برای جداسازی متغیرها از روش توان پیرو استفاده شده است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که اگرچه انحراف بر روی خطوط جریان و دمای محیط تاثیر چشمگیری ندارد، اما باعث کاهش شار حرارتی دیواره در نتیجه کاهش شار تابشی شده است. تفاوت عمده در تاثیر انعکاس سطوح و انحراف محیط، بر روی توزیع دما در مرکز محفظه و بدور از سطوح است که با وجود تغییر انعکاس بسیار مشهود است. همچنین تاثیر بیشتر انحراف محیط بر روی عدد ناسلت تابش و جابجایی محلی سطح عایق پایین نشان داده شده است، که حاکی از سرمایش سطح عایق با افزایش انحراف محیط در یک ضریب جذب ثابت آن است.

طراحی، ساخت و بررسی عملکرد متمرکز کننده با نقطه کانونی ثابت شفلر در کرمان
متمرکز کننده با نقطه کانونی ثابت شفلر در نقاط مختلف جهان در کاربرد های خانگی و صنعتی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. این متمرکز کننده دارای قاب بیضوی شکلی است و بنوعی طراحی شده است که میتواند با چرخش مناسب در طول سال، نقطهی کانونی ثابتی داشته باشد. در این پژوهش، اصول طراحی و ساخت متمرکز کننده ایستاده شفلر به مساحت 2/7 مترمربع ارائه میشود. بدین منظور، متمرکز کننده و دریافت کنندهی آن به کمک نرمافزار سالیدورکز طراحی شدند. متمرکز کننده ساخته شده در روزهای مختلف و تحت شرایط متفاوت، مورد آزمایش قرارگرفت و راندمان حرارتی آن محاسبه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که متمرکز کننده با مساحت 2/7مترمربعی قادر خواهد بود که تا 9/82برابر تابش دریافتی در سطح افق را در نقطهی کانونی، تابش فراهم کند. علاوه بر این، نتایج آزمایشات نشانگر آن هستند که متمرکز کننده قادر خواهد بود 12لیتر آب را در مدتزمان کمتر از 2ساعت در حالتی که دریافت کننده از رنگ مشکی و پوشش شیشهای برخوردار است به نقطهی جوش برساند. در این حالت راندمان حرارتی % 37میباشد. در نهایت، از متمرکز کننده ایستاده جهت تأمین گرمایش 100لیتر آب نیز استفاده گردید و توانست دمای این مقدار آب را به 60درجه سلسیوس برساند.

شبیهسازی دو بعدی فرآیند جوشش فیلمی روی هندسههای پیچیده به روش ردیابی جبهه
جوشش فیلمی کاربردهای فراوانی در صنایع مختلف از جمله در مبدلهای حرارتی دارد. شبیه سازی این پدیده جهت مطالعه انتقال حرارت مخصوصا روی هندسههای پیچیده برای پیش بینی رشد و حرکت حبابهای بخار حاصل از آن اهمیت بسیاری در صنایع دارد. برای ردگیری مرز مشترک فازهای مایع و بخار از روش ردیابی جبهه استفاده شده است. در این روش با در نظر گرفتن تعدادی نقاط و المانهای متصل به هم، مرز مشترک دو فاز مایع و بخار ساخته میشود. توسط این روش، جوشش فیلمی روی دو یا چندین استوانه شبیه سازی شده است. همچنین تاثیرات فاصله، زاویه و قطر برای دو استوانه مطالعه شده است. برای تعداد زیادی استوانه، تاثیرات آرایشهای هندسی ساده و جابهجا شده و تعداد ردیفها بررسی شده است و عدد ناسلت روی هر یک از استوانهها به دست آمده است. فاصله بین دو استوانه تأثیر چندانی روی عدد ناسلت برای استوانه بالایی ندارد. در حالی که زاویه و قطر برای دو استوانه تأثیر قابل ملاحظهای روی عدد ناسلت برای استوانه بالایی دارد. در آرایش ساده برای چند استوانه، عدد ناسلت برای استوانههای بالایی تقریبا یکنواخت است و بیشتر از استوانههای پایینی است. در آرایش جابهجا شده، عدد ناسلت در استوانههای بالایی متفاوت بوده و یکنواخت نیست و مقدار آن نسبت به آرایش ساده بیشتر است.

ارزیابی ترمواکونومیک و بهینه سازی تک هدفه و دو هدفه چیدمان های مختلف آب شیرین کن ترکیبی اسمز معکوس و چند مرحله ای با تراکم گرمایی بخار متصل به سیکل توربین گازی
پژوهش حاضر به منظور شناخت ترکیب بهینهی آب شیرین کن های تبخیری چند مرحله ای با تراکم گرمایی بخار و اسمز معکوس و سیکل توربین گاز انجام شده است. در گام نخست، مدلی جامع برای بخشهای مختلف سیکل توسعه یافته و سپس با استفاده از روش ترمواکونومیک وضعیت اقتصادی سیستم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ابتدا شش چیدمان برای ترکیب واحد اسمز معکوس با آب شیرین کن تبخیری چند مرحله ای تعریف شد و دو رویکرد در بهینه سازی مورد توجه قرار گرفت. در رویکرد اول تولید آب شیرین آب شیرین کن تبخیری چند مرحلهای ثابت و در مقدار 70000متر مکعب در روز نگهداشته میشود و تولید آب شیرین کن اسمز معکوس به صورت کسری از آن و در مقادیر % 75% ،50و % 100از تولید آب شیرین کن تبخیری چند مرحلهای در نظر گرفته میشود. در حالی که در رویکرد دوم تولید آب شیرین کن آب شیرین کن تبخیری چند مرحلهای ثابت نبوده و به منظور دستیابی به یک ارزیابی جامع و مطالعه بهتر، قیود مسأله بر تولید کل آب شیرین اعمال می گردد. نتایج نشان میدهد که چیدمان اولین بالاترین راندمان اگزرژی و کمترین قیمت آب شیرین را داراست.

طراحی جدید از خشک کن های بستر سیال جریان متقاطع
به علت بازده انرژی پایین خشک کنهای صنعتی، فرآیند خشک کردن مصرف انرژی بالایی دارد. بنابراین مدلسازی ریاضی و شبیهسازی خشککنها در جهت بهینهسازی و طراحی خشککنهای جدید ضروری است. در این تحقیق با استفاده از شبیهسازی خشککن بسترسیال با جریان متقاطع طراحی جدید از این خشککنها ارزیابی قرارگرفته است. یک مدل ریاضی برای پیش بینی دما و رطوبت جامد و همچنین دما و رطوبت گاز خروجی مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج شبیهسازی این فرایند با استفاده از نتایج تجربی یک واحد نیمه صنعتی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. ارزیابی مدل حاکی از آن است که مدل با دقت خوبی رفتار سیستم را پیش بینی مینماید. بنابراین از محیط شبیه سازی به وجود آمده برای بررسی یک طرح جدید از خشککن بسترسیال 3طبقه استفاده شد. نتایج این شبیهسازی نشان میدهد که با درصد رطوبت جامد ورودی 0/32و سایر شرایط مشابه، درصد رطوبت خروجی جامد در حالت تک محفظه 0/19و در حالت چند محفظه 0/13میباشد که حاکی از آن است که این طرح جدید میتواند درصد رطوبت جامد را % 50بیشتر کاهش دهد که به معنی استفاده بهتر از هوای داغ و از آن طریق کاهش مصرف انرژی میباشد.

شبیهسازی انرژی و تحلیل پارامتری سیستم فتوولتائیک حرارتی آب خنک
در این مقاله شبیه سازی انرژی سیستم فتوولتائیک حرارتی آب خنک با استفاده از توسعه کد در نرم افزار متلب انجام شده است. آرایش سیستم به صورت کلکتور ورق و لوله مارپیچ است. مدل ارائه شده در این مقاله با دادههای تجربی اعتبار سنجی شده و در ادامه عملکرد کلی سیستم مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. سپس برای تحلیل عملکرد انرژی سیستم شبیه سازی شده از تحلیل پارامتری استفاده شده است. بر این اساس تغییرات بازده کلی انرژی و افت فشار با تغییر دبی سیال خنک کن، فاصله بین لولهها و قطر لولهها بررسی شده است. با بررسی نمودارهای تحلیلی در حالتهای مختلف، میتوان محدوده پارامترهای کنترلی و عملکردی را ارزیابی نمود و بر اساس آن خروجی مورد انتظار را در یک چارچوب منطقی به دست آورد. این نوع تحلیل یک گام مهم به منظور طراحی کاربردی سیستم خواهد بود و بر اساس آن میتوان در شرایط اقلیمی مختلف، طراحی بهینه سیستم از دیدگاه بهبود بازدهی انرژی را تطبیق داد. نتایج نشان میدهد عملکرد سیستم فتوولتائیک حرارتی با دبی جرمی 0/016کیلوگرم بر ثانیه و با لولههایی به قطر خارجی 1سانتیمتر و با فاصله 7تا 11سانتیمتر از یکدیگر بهینه است.

بررسی عملکرد سیستم تبرید جذبی تک اثره لیتیوم برماید–آب متصل به گردآورنده فتوولتائیک حرارتی
در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی عملکرد سیستم تبرید جذبی تک اثره لیتیوم برماید-آب متصل به گردآورندههای فتوولتائیک حرارتی پرداخته شده است. اجزاء اصلی سیستم شامل ژنراتور گرما، اواپراتور، کندانسور، جذب کننده، مبدل حرارتی، پمپ، شیرهای انبساط و گردآورندههای PV/T میباشد. معادلات حاکم بر مسئله توسط نوشتن بقای جرم، غلظت و قانون اول ترمودینامیک برای اجزاء سیستم به دست آمده است و به صورت عددی حل شده است. اعتبارسنجی نتایج شبیه سازی با دادههای تجربی پژوهشهای گذشته انجام شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که یک تعداد مطلوبی برای گردآورندههای PV/T وجود دارد که مقدار آن 50عدد با مساحت سطح کل 5/38مترمربع میباشد و میتواند یک بار سرمایشی در حدود 5کیلووات را تأمین نماید. در انتها تأثیر پارامترهای مختلف عملکردی بر ضریب عملکرد روزانه سیکل تبرید خورشیدی بررسی شده است. افزایش دمای ژنراتور گرما، دمای کندانسور و دمای جذب کننده باعث کاهش ضریب عملکرد روزانه سیستم تبرید خورشیدی میشود. در حالی که افزایش دمای اواپراتور افزایش ضریب عملکرد روزانه سیستم تبرید خورشیدی را به دنبال دارد. استفاده از گردآورندههای PV/Tعلاوه بر تأمین حرارت ورودی مورد نیاز در ژنراتور گرما میتواند توان مصرفی پمپاژ در سیکل ترکیبی و توان الکتریکی اضافه جهت سایر مصارف در اختیار گذارد.

تحلیل انرژی و اگزرژی و بررسی راهکارهای کاهش مصرف سوخت در واحدهای دستپز پخت نانهای سنتی مسطح
در تحقیق حاضر، با انجام آزمایشهای تجربی، تحقیقات میدانی و محاسبات تحلیلی، ابتدا برآورد دقیقی از بازده انرژیو اگزرژی و همچنین تلفات انرژی و مصرف سوخت انواع مختلف تنورهای دستپز پخت نانهای سنتی مسطح انجام میشود وسپس راهکارهای کاربردی برای کاهش مصرف سوخت این نانواییها ارائه میشود. طبق نتایج، بازده انرژی تنورهای سنگک،بربری و تافتون بسیار پایین و بهترتیب در حدود % 12% ،21و % 5است. همچنین تحلیل اگزرژی نشان میدهد که در موردتمام نانواییها، انرژی تلفشده از دودکش تنور از لحاظ ترمودینامیکی کیفیت بازیافت بالایی ندارد و سهم اصلی تلفات اگزرژیدر این واحدها مربوط به احتراق سوخت و تلفات حرارتی از جدارههای تنور است. نتایج نشان میدهند که با انجام عایقکاریبرای تنورهای نانوایی میتوان تا حدود % 65تلفات حرارتی از جدارهها را کاهش داد. همچنین مشخص شد که با کاهش مقدارهوای اضافی ورودی به مشعل تا % ،5میتوان تلفات حرارتی در اثر هوای اضافی را بیش از % 90کاهش داد. در نهایت مشخصشد که با انجام راهکارهای فوق، میتوان بازده انرژی و اگزرژی تنورهای نانوایی سنگک، بربری و تافتون را افزایش و مصرفسالیانه گاز طبیعی را برای این واحدها، بهترتیب در حدود % 66% ،58و % 82کاهش داد

بررسی تجربی شارژ پارافین واکس همراه با نانوذرات در یک مبدل حرارتی دو لولهای خارج از مرکز برای ذخیره انرژی در یک آبگرمکن خورشیدی
کاربردسیستمذخیرهانرژیحرارتیبااستفادهازگرماینهانذوبموادتغییرفازدهندهیکیازروشهایمؤثروکارآمدبرای ذخیرهانرژیدرآبگرمکنهایخورشیدیاست.اینمقالهمربوطبهپژوهشیتجربیاستکهدرهفتهاولشهریورسال93دردانشگاه صنعتیجندیشاپوردزفولانجامشدهاست.دراینپژوهشابتدادومبدلحرارتیدولولهایخارجازمرکزباخروجازمرکزهایمتفاوت ساختهشدهاستوهرکدامبهصورتمجزادرمداریکسیستمآبگرمکنخورشیدیاجباری(پمپی)قرارگرفتهاندکهاینسیستمخودشامل یککلکتورخورشیدیصفحهتختویکمخزنذخیرهویکپمپگردشدهندهآبگرماست.ازمیانلولهداخلیاینمبدل،آبیکه توسطکلکتورخورشیدیگرممیشدعبورمیکرددرحالیکهدرپوستهاینمبدلپارافینواکسبهعنوانمادهتغییرفازدهندهکهبهآن نانوذراتاکسیدمسبرایافزایشضریبهدایتحرارتیاضافهشدهبودقرارداشت.دراینمقالهبهبررسیتجربیتأثیرنانوذراتاکسید مسوهمچنیناثرخارجازمرکزبودنبرفرایندشارژپارافینواکسبهعنوانمادهتغییرفازدهندهوهمچنینذخیرهانرژیدراثرتغییراین دوپارامترپرداختشدهاست.نتایجتجربینشاندادکهدرمبدلحرارتیباخروجازمرکز1اینچحاویپارافینواکسبا3درصدنانوذرات،1 درصدنانوذراتوبدوننانوذراتبهترتیبپارافینواکسدرساعات16:20،15:20،14:20بهنقطهذوبرسیدهاستومبدلحرارتی باخروجازمرکز1اینچدرمقایسهبامبدلحرارتیباخروجازمرکز0/5اینچکههردوحاویپارافینواکسبا3درصدنانوذراتبودندبه ترتیبدرساعات14:20و15:40بهنقطهذوبپارافینواکسرسیدند.درواقعمیتوانگفتکهباپایینآوردنلولهداخلیمبدلحرارتی وافزودننانوذرات،میتوانفرایندذوبشدن(شارژ)پارافینواکسوهمچنینذخیرهانرژیحرارتیوکاراییمبدلحرارتیرابهصورت قابلملاحظهایبهبودبخشید.
