بررسی جریان سیال توانی درون یک میکروکانال دوبعدی براساس تئوری تنش کوپل- محاسبه طول مشخصه
هدف از این مقاله بررسی جریان توسعه یافته سیالات نیوتنی و غیرنیوتنی در یک میکروکانال دوبعدی بر اساس ٌ تئوری کاملا سازگار تنش کوپل و محاسبه طول مشخصه مادی این سیالات است. در این مطالعه، ابتدا پروفیل سرعت و دبی حجمی جریان سیالات نیوتنی و غیرنیوتنی قانون توانی در میکروکانال به روش تحلیلی بدست آمده و سپس طول مشخصه مادی سیالات نیوتنی آب و غیرنیوتنی خون با استفاده از روابط بدست آمده و دادههای آزمایشگاهی سایر مقالات محاسبه شده است. مقایسه میان مقادیر طول مشخصه مادی آب و خون نشانگر وابسته بودن پارامتر طول مشخصه به جنس سیال است. با محاسبه طول مشخصه مادی، پروفیل سرعت خون حاصل از تئوری تنش کوپل درون میکروکانال محاسبه و با نتایج حاصل از تئوری کالسیک نویر استوکس مقایسه شده است. نتایج نشان داده است با افزایش دبی حجمی جریان، اختلاف مقادیر بدست آمده از تئوریهای تنش کوپل و کلاسیک افزایش مییابد. این افزایش اختلاف به معنی افزایش تأثیر پارامتر طول بر خصوصیات جریان درون میکروکانال است. همچنین پروفیل سرعت آب درون میکروکانال با نتایج آزمایشگاهی مشابه مقایسه شده و تطابق خوبی میان نتایج بدست آمده از تئوری تنش کوپل و نتایج آزمایشگاهی دیده میشود.

بررسی عددی اختلاط درمیکرومیکسرهای Tشکل دوگانه و چندگانه با ورودی های همراستا و ناهمراستا
در این پژوهش عددی ، رفتار اختلاط دو سیال آب و اتانول با چگالی و لزجت متفاوت در پنج گونه T میکرومیکسر مطالعه شده است. هندسههای پژوهش شامل هندسههای 1 و 2 که به ترتیب Tمیکرومیکسرهای چندگانه با ورودیهای ناهمراستا در یک و دو صفحه و هندسههای 3 ،4 و 5 به ترتیبT میکرومیکسر چندگانه ، T میکرومیکسر دوگانه وT میکرومیکسر میشوند. کد تجاری دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی انسیس فلوئنت به منظور شبیهسازی فرآیند اختلاط، در عدد اشمیت 752/26 و در محدودهی اعداد رینولدز 1 تا 200 استفاده شده است. در میکرومیکسرهای دوگانه و چندگانه به ترتیب دو و سه نوع ترتیب قرارگیری برای دو سیال در ورودیها بررسی و نتایج مقایسه شده است. اعتبارسنجی پژوهش حاضر با مطالعه کورتس کی روش و همکاران انجام شده است.نتایج اختلاط به ازای انواع جریان خاص در میکرومیکسرهای چندگانه و دوگانه با تنها نوع جریان در T میکرومیکسر مقایسه شده است. نتایج بیانگر است که شاخص اختلاط و افت فشار علاوه بر تعداد ورودیهای میکرومیکسر، تابع نحوه قرارگیری آنها و نیز به ازای هندسههای دارای بیش از دو ورودی تابع ترتیب قرارگیری دو سیال در ورودیها است. مقدار 0/4878 حداکثر شاخص اختلاط به ازای جریان نوع 1 و عدد رینولدز 1 در Tمیکرومیکسر چندگانه مشاهده شده است.

بررسی تجربی تولید فوم در کانال مقیاس میکرو
در دستگاههای آزمایشگاه-روی-یک-تراشه میتوان با حجم کمی از سیالات، آزمایشهایی در مقیاس کوچک، انجام داد. در این مقاله حبابهایی با اندازهای مشخص در یک دستگاه میکروسیالاتی جریان متمرکز تولید و بررسی میشود. ساخت دستگاه میکروسیالات به کمک لیتوگرافی نرم انجام شد. هنگامیکه تراکم حبابهای تولید شده به اندازه کافی بالا باشند، حبابها در تماس با یکدیگر قرار میگیرند که به صورت کریستال فوم جریان مییابند. تنظیم حبابها در میکروکانال برحسب نرخ جریان و فشار گاز ورودی مطالعه شده و این وابستگی، رفتارهای دینامیکی مانند پایداری در جریان فوم را تعیین میکند. در دستگاه جریان متمرکز، دو نوع فوم تر و خشک تولیدشده و نتایج نشان میدهد که فشار کاری در بازه600 تا 700 میلی بار منجر به رفتار غیرخطی در فوم میشود که علاوه بر آشکارسازی ناپایداری به بیان چرایی این رفتار پرداخته شده است. در ادامه بررسی رفتار غیرخطی فوم در نرخ جریانهای،1/0 و 2/0 میلیلیتربرساعت شکل حبابها به صورت نوسانی تغییر مییابد و حبابهای یک و دو ردیفه در میکروکانال تولید میشوند. همچنین، افزایش نرخ جریان در فشارثابت باعث کاهش و افزایش فشار کاری در نرخ جریان ثابت باعث افزایش سایز حباب میشود. از مزایای این روش میتوان به تولید امولسیون با حجم متناسب با کاربرد در ازدیاد برداشت نفت نام برد.

بررسی جریان درون میکروکانالهای با سطوح فوق آبگریز با رهیافت حل ترکیبی معادلات ناویر-استوکس و روش شبیهسازی مستقیم مونتکارلو- نگهداری اطلاعات
استفاده از سطوح فوق آبگریز در میکروکانالها به واسطه کاهش اثر نیروهای سطحی کاربرد فراوان دارد. جریان گازی درون شیار این سطوح با توجه به فشار گاز و ابعاد میکروحفره ممکن است در محدوده جریان رقیق شده باشد. لذا باید از روشهای ذره-مبنا برای حل جریان گازی استفاده شود. در این مقاله با استفاده از حل ترکیبی شبیهسازی مستقیم مونتکارلو و ناویر-استوکس جریان آرام درون میکروکانال فوق آبگریز با شیارهای عمود بر جریان مطالعه شده است. از آنجا که سرعت جریان گازی پایین است، برای کاهش نوسانات حل شبیهسازی مستقیم مونتکارلو، از روش نگهداری اطلاعات استفاده شده است. اثر ابعاد میکروحفره روی پارامترهای جریان مانند طول لغزش موثر، سرعت لغزشی و پروفیل سرعت با استفاده از حل ترکیبی مذکور بررسی و نتایج با حل سادهسازی شده برش آزاد روی سطح تماس آب-هوا، مقایسه شده است. این بررسی نشان میدهد که هرچند با افزایش کسر برش آزاد اختلاف نتایج دو رهیافت افزایش مییابد، اما این اختلاف در شرایط مورد بررسی در این مطالعه همواره کمتر از 6 درصد است. بنابراین با هدف کاهش هزینههای محاسباتی، میتوان با دقت قابل قبولی از حل برش آزاد استفاده کرد. به ویژه در نسبت کسر برش آزاد کمتر از 0/2 که میزان اختلاف به کمتر از 3 درصد کاهش مییابد.

توسعه نوین الگوریتم شبیهسازی مستقیم مونت کارلو در حالت تقارن محوری برای هندسههای پیچیده
در این مقاله به توسعه الگوریتم شبیهسازی مستقیم مونت کارلو برای تحلیل جریان حول هندسههای پیچیده تقارن محوری در شرایط گاز رقیق با رویکرد کاهش هزینه محاسباتی نسبت به حالت سه بعدی کامل با در نظر گرفتن دقت قابل قبول نتایج نسبت به نتایج سایر مراجع موجود و همچنین انتخاب حداقل تعداد ذرات نتایج پرداخته خواهد شد. در این مقاله، الگوریتمی ارائه شده است که شامل بررسی حالات مختلف حرکت و برخورد ذرات با یکدیگر و یا دیواره در حالت کلی برای هر نوع هندسه تقارن محوری میباشد به شکلی که کمترین میزان محاسبات اعمال شده و راندمان حل بالا باشد. در بخش نتایج، هندسههای مختلف از جمله هندسه ساده در مسئله اول و هندسه پیچیده در مسئله دوم بررسی شده و نتایج حاضر با نتایج موجود اعتبارسنجی شده و نشان داده شده است که روش حاضر از دقت قابل قبول برخوردار است. همچنین انتخاب حداقل تعداد ذرات با در نظر گرفتن دقت نتایج، نیز از جمله مواردی میباشد که مطالعه و بررسی شده است. نشان داده شده است که با توجه به دقت نتایج، در مسئله اول انتخاب حداقل 30000 ذره و در مسئله دوم انتخاب حداقل 500000 ذره باید در نظر گرفته شود.

مقایسه تجربی مشخصه های تزریق جت های آب دایروی و بیضوی در جریان جانبی هوا
مشخصههای جریان جتهای آب دایروی و بیضوی تزریق شده به درون جریان جانبی هوا به صورت تجربی بررسی شده است. دو انژکتور بیضوی با نسبت منظریهای متفاوت و یک انژکتور دایروی با مساحت مقطع برابر به عنوان هندسه معیار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتهاند. محور بزرگ انژکتورهای بیضوی در دو حالت موازی و عمودبر جهت جریان هوا قرارگرفته شده است. جتهای مایع توسط تکنیک سایهنگاری آشکارسازی شده و وضعیت لحظهای جتها با بهرهگیری از یک دوربین سرعت بالا ضبط و ثبت شده است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که برخی از مشخصههای جت تزریق شده به داخل جریان جانبی هوا مانند عمق نفوذ جت و مسیر جت مایع با تغییر شکل هندسه خروجی نازل تحت تاثیرقرارمیگیرند.همچنین نتایج حاکی ازآن است که جتهای بیضوی به دلیل پایداری کمترآنها نسبت به جت دایروی، زودتر شکسته شده و نفوذ کمتری به درون جریان هوا میکنند. بطوریکه ارتفاع شکست بیبعد جت دایروی 5.29 و ارتفاع شکست بیبعد جت بیضوی با نسبت منظری 3 زمانیکه محور بزرگ آن عمود بر جهت جریان هوا قرار گرفته است، مقدار 53.21 میباشد. در این مطالعه دو نوع مختلف از رژیمهای شکست، رژیم شکست ستونی و رژیم شکست کیسهای مشاهده شده است.

بررسی تجربی سیستم خنک کاری با اسپری آب دیفیوزر خروجی گاز مافوق صوت
به منظور آزمون عملکرد موتورهای مورد استفاده در ارتفاعات بالا از سکوی شبیهساز ارتفاع مجهز به دیفیوزر ً، دمای گاز خروجی از نازل این موتورها بسیار بالاتر از حد تحمل بدنه فلزی خروجی گاز مافوقصوت استفاده میشود. غالبا دیفیوزر است. در تست موتورهای سوخت جامد برخورد ذرات اکسید آلومینیوم با دمای بالاتر از 2500 درجه سانتیگراد به دیواره دیفیوزر شرایط انتقال حرارت را در محل برخورد بحرانی میکند. هدف تحقیق حاضر ارزیابی روش خنککاری با اسپری آب بدنه فلزی یک دیفیوزر با انجام تستهای تجربی با یک موتور سوخت جامد آزمایشگاهی میباشد. ابتدا به منظور شناسایی نقاط بحرانی دمایی، تست موتور با فشار متوسط 60 بار و دمای محفظه 3100 درجه سانتیگراد در شبیهساز خالء بدون خنککاری دیفیوزر فلزی انجام شده است. نتایج حاکی از رسیدن دمای بدنه دیفیوزر در ناحیه ورودی و همگرایی به دمای بالاتر از 1500 درجه سانتیگراد است، به طوریکه منجر به ذوب و سوراخ شدن بدنه دیفیوزر در این ناحیه شده است. در ادامه دو تست دیگر با فشارهای موتور میانگین 33 و 55 بار به همراه خنککاری بدنه دیفیوزر با اسپری آب انجام شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که در دو تست خنککاری انجام شده بیشترین دما در سطح بیرونی دیفیوزر به مقادیری کمتر از 200 و 400 درجه سانتیگراد رسیده و تا انتهای تست ثابت مانده است. همگرا شدن بیشینه دماهای ثبت شده در سطح بیرونی دیفیوزر به دماهای مورد انتظار در این تستها تاییدی بر عملکرد مناسب سیستم خنککاری طراحی شده میباشد.

مطالعهی تجربی اثر پارامترهای هندسی مجرای مکش لایهی مرزی بر عملکرد یک ورودی فراصوتی تقارنمحوری
یک ورودی هوای فراصوتی از نوع تراکم ترکیبی با هندسه تقارن محوری در سه عدد ماخ 1/8 ،2/0 و 2/2 و زاویه حمله صفر درجه به صورت تجربی آزمایش شده است. در کنار استفاده از حسگرهای فشار، از سیستم سایهنگاری برای آشکارسازی جریان استفاده شده است. در این ورودی با ایجاد مکش لایه مرزی بر روی سطح تراکم خارجی در بالادست گلوگاه، اثرات تغییر مساحت دهانههای ورودی و خروجی مجرای مکش بر پارامترهای عملکردی ورودی از قبیل نسبت دبی جرمی، بازیافت فشار کل، اعوجاج جریان و نسبت دبی جرمی مجرای مکش بررسی شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که با افزایش مساحت دهانه ورودی مجرای مکش، بازیافت فشار کل در شرایط بحرانی و فروبحرانی افزایش یافته و اگر همزمان مساحت دهانه خروجی مجرای مکش نیز زیاد شود، بازیافت فشار خصوصا در شرایط فروبحرانی بهبود بیشتری مییابد. اگر مساحت دهانه ورودی مجرای مکش بیش از حد زیاد شود میتواند اثر معکوسی بر عملکرد ورودی داشته باشد و خصوصا در شرایط بحرانی حتی بیشتر از زمانیکه دهانه ورودی مجرای مکش کامال بسته است، موجب افت کمیتهای عملکردی ورودی شود. با این حال استفاده از دهانه ورودی بزرگ برای مجرای مکش میتواند در شرایط خارج از نقطه طراحی موجب تأخیر در پدیده باز شود.

تحلیل فرکانس و تخمین پارامترهای تشکیل حباب در ستون سیال
ردیابی و شناسایی نویز حاصل از تشکیل حباب یکی از روشهای بررسی خصوصیات فیزیکی حبابها میباشد. در این تحقیق مدل تخمین نویزهای حاصل از تشکیل حباب در ستون سیال، با اعمال روش ترکیبی مدلسازی آشفتگی، در نظر گرفتن جریان تراکم پذیر، اعمال روش مناسب شبیهسازی سطح مشترک و استفاده از سطح مناسب برداشت دادههای آکوستیک بهبود داده شده است. بر این اساس شبیهسازی سهبعدی جریان دوفازی تراکمپذیر با کمک روش حجم سیال انجام شده است. همچنین با استفاده از سطح مناسب برداشت دادههای آکوستیک نویزهای حاصل از تشکیل حباب شناسایی شده است. شایان ذکر است ضمن نمایش استقلال مدل از شبکه، اعتبارسنجی مدل توسط تطبیق دادن نتایج با تئوریهای موجود و مقایسه با دادههای تجربی صورت پذیرفته است. در این میان نتایج حاصل از حجم حبابهای ایجادشده، سرعت ترمینال، نحوه تغییر شکل حبابها و فرکانس طبیعی تولید حبابها بررسی و مقایسه گردیده است. نشان داده شده است که با افزایش اندازه حباب فرکانس طبیعی کاهش یافته است. همچنین واردکردن تراکمپذیری به مدل و همچنین برداشت دادهها در محل تولید حباب، سبب ایجاد تصویر دقیقتری از نمایش نوسانات شده است.

شبیه سازی محاسباتی پدیده آمبولی ریوی با استفاده از تصاویر رادیولوژیکی بیمار
آمبولی ریوی یکی از شایعترین بیماریها در میان جوامع بشری است. علیرغم وجود مطالعات پیشین دراینباره، تاکنون این پدیده از منظر مکانیکی مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته و اطلاعات اندکی دربارهی عوامل همودینامیکی موثر در مسیر حرکت لخته و چگونگی برهمکنش میان آنها وجود دارد. در این پژوهش هندسه بخشی از شریان ریوی مطابق با آناتومی یک بیمار خاص ساخته شد. سپس با استفاده از معادلات حاکم بر جریان خون و لخته که توسط الگوریتم محاسباتی برهمکنش سیال-سازه و در یک سیستم فرمولبندی الگرانژی-اویلری دلخواه حل شد، حرکت لخته در شریان شبیهسازی شد. برای مدل جامد نیز از یک مدل ویسکوالاستیک مطابق با خواص لختههای وریدی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین تنش وارد شده بر لخته در زمانی رخ میدهد که لخته در کمترین فاصله با دیواره شریان قرار داشته و در حدود 957 پاسکال محاسبه شد. حضور لخته در جریان بهطور متوسط سبب افت تنش برشی وارد بر دیوارهها در حدود 42 درصد میشود که این کاهش میتواند موجب افزایش مقاومت عروقی، کاهش انعطافپذیری، اختلال در عملکرد سلولهای اندوتلیال و یا افزایش فشار ریوی شود. دستاوردهای حاصل از این مقاله به همراه مطالعات دقیقتر عوامل موثر در ایجاد آمبولی میتواند طراحی روشهای درمان و پیشگیری نوین را تسهیل نماید.

بهبود عملکرد آیرودینامیکی توربین بادی محور عمودی ترکیبی داریوس-ساونیوس
پرههای پشت به باد توربینهای ساونیوس اثر منفی در تولید گشتاور این توربینها دارند. با افزایش نسبت سرعت نوک پره این اثر منفی در تولید گشتاور بیشتر میشود. به همین علت بخش ساونیوس در توربینهای ترکیبی داریوس- ساونیوس پس از شروع به حرکت و با افزایش نسبت سرعت نوک پره، گشتاور منفی تولید مینماید. در پژوهش حاضر، مقابل پرههای پشت به باد توربین ساونیوس یک دیواره قرار داده شده است تا اثرات منفی این پرهها در تولید گشتاور کاهش یابد و در نتیجه عملکرد آیرودینامیکی آن بهبود داده شود. دو نوع پره ساونیوس با طول قوس مختلف و سه نوع دیواره با جانمایی مختلف بهصورت سهبعدی شبیهسازی شده و گشتاور تولیدی و مقدار نوسانات گشتاور آنها در یک دور کامل محاسبه شده است. توربین ساونیوسی که بیشترین گشتاور متوسط و کمترین نوسانات گشتاور را دارد روی یک توربین داریوس پره مستقیم سوار شده و توربین ترکیبی را تشکیل داده است. در مقایسه با توربین داریوس پره مستقیم، در نسبت سرعت نوک پره 0/9 توربین ترکیبی پیشنهادی 2/3 درصد گشتاور متوسط بیشتر و 40 درصد نوسانات گشتاور کمتری دارد. این امر نشان میدهد توربین ترکیبی پیشنهادی در مقایسه با مدلهای متداول خود از نظر نسبت سرعت نوک پره، حوزه کاری گستردهتری دارد.

پیشبینی نویز آیروآکوستیکی دوردست از مدل ساختمان بلند استاندارد به کمک اندازهگیری ناپایای فشار سطحی
در مطالعه حاضر، نویز آیروآکوستیکی ناشی از جریان حول مدل یک ساختمان استاندارد متصل به کف در زوایای حمله مختلف به روش نیمه تحلیلی پیشبینی شده است. هدف اصلی این مطالعه، محاسبه فشار آکوستیکی دوردست با استفاده از دادههای تجربی فشار سطحی روی مدل است. با استفاده از این دادههای تجربی و معادله فوکس ویلیامز- هاوکینگز که در یک کد پیادهسازی شده است فشار آکوستیکی دوردست محاسبه میشود. مشخصات آیرودینامیکی و آکوستیکی جریان حول یک سیلندر مربعی دو بعدی )به جهت اعتبارسنجی( و نیز مدل اصلی ارائه گردیده است. مشخص شد در طیف فشار سطحی مربوط به سنسورهای فشار وجوه جانبی، قله مربوط به ریزش گردابه قابل مشاهده است که در هماهنگی با فرکانس ریزش گردابه حاصل از جریانسنج سیم داغ بود. عدد استروهال برای مدل بسته به زاویه حمله در محدوده 0/1-0/08 به دست آمد. همچنین الگوی انتشار صدای دوقطبی برای هندسههای سه بعدی نیز قابل مشاهده بود که مرتبط با منشا ایجاد آن یعنی پدیده ریزش گردابه است. شدت صدای پیشبینی شده با افزایش سرعت بالادست افزایش و با افزایش فاصله از سیلندر کاهش مییابد. با توجه به عدم تقارن کامل سطح مقطع مدل مورد بررسی، با تغییر زاویه حمله، صدای پیشبینی شده بسته به محل شنونده رفتار متفاوتی دارد.

مروری بر مطالعات در زمینه حرکت ذرات تحت اثر امواج آکوستیکی در سیستم های میکروفلویدیک
استفاده از امواج آکوستیکی برای کنترل و دستکاری ذرات معلق در سیال، توجه ویژهای را در دو دههی اخیر ً به دو صورت میتواند تحت به خود جلب کرده است. انتشار امواج آکوستیکی در محیط سیال، ذرات معلق در آن را عمدتا تأثیر قرار دهد. اثر اولیه انتشار موج به صورت مستقیم بر ذرات عمل کرده و موجب اعمال نیرویی از طرف سیال بر آنها میشود. در سیال ویسکوز با توجه به تضعیف موج و ایجاد گرادیانهای سرعت ناشی از وجود ویسکوزیته، جریانهایی در سیال شکل میگیرد که میتوانند به صورت غیرمستقیم بر ذرات اثرگذار باشند. با توجه به کاربرد این تکنولوژی در زمینههای پزشکی و بیولوژی و پیچیدگی کارهای تجربی آزمایشگاهی در ابعاد میکرومتر، نیاز مبرمی به مطالعات تحلیلی و بینش تئوری در این موضوع احساس میگردد. موضوع مقاله حاضر، مروری بر مطالعات تحلیلی انجام شده در رابطه با مکانیزمهای مؤثر بر حرکت ذرات تحت تأثیر امواج آکوستیکی انتشاریافته در محیط سیال در ابعاد میکرومتر است. در این مقاله تاریخچهای از نظریههای ابتدایی محاسبه نیروهای تابشی آکوستیکی و جریان آکوستیکی و روند پیشرفت این نظریهها تا زمان حاضر ارائه شده است. همچنین، نقدی بر نتایج بدست آمده از پژوهشهای گذشته، مشکلات و کمبودها و میزان تأثیر پارامترهای مختلف در برآورد این نتایج ارائه شده است.

ارزیابی دقت و رفتار هیدرودینامیکی انواع شرایط مرزی عدم لغزش در مرزهای انحنادار در روش بولتزمن شبکه ای
این مقاله به بررسی کمی روشهای مختلف اعمال شرط مرزی عدم لغزش بر روی استوانه ثابت و دوار در چارچوب روش بولتزمن شبکهای، میپردازد. بدین منظور، از پنج روش بازگشت به عقب، روش یو خطی و درجه دو و روش بوزیدی خطی و درجه دو استفاده شده است. چالش اساسی در همه این روشها چگونگی محاسبه و میانیابی توابع توزیع مجهول در نقاط اویلری پیرامون نقاط مرزی است. نتایج نشان میدهد که در شرایط پایدار )عدد رینولدز 20 و عدد رینولدز 40 ،)حداکثر خطای محاسبه زاویه جدایش 7/6 درصد و مربوط به روش بازگشت به عقب است، درحالیکه در شرایط پایدار، اختلاف معناداری میان ضرایب پسا در روشهای مذکور مشاهده نمیشود. همچنین روش بوزیدی خطی در محاسبه طول ناحیه جدایش نسبت به روشهای دیگر دارای خطای بیشتری است )6 درصد برای عدد رینولدز 20 و 8/82 درصد برای عدد رینولدز 40 .)با افزایش عدد رینولدز و افزایش سرعت بیبعد دوران، روش بازگشت به عقب در پیشبینی ضریب پسا و در زمانهای اولیه بیبعد کمتر از 7/78 و برای شرایط سرعت بیبعد دوران 0/2 و عدد رینولدز 200 دچار اختلاف میشود، اما با افزایش زمان، این اختلاف کاهش مییابد؛ حال آنکه سه روش یو خطی، بوزیدی خطی و بوزیدی درجه دو، همچنان نتایج مشابهی را ایجاد میکنند.

بررسی تجربی و عددی جریان سیال و جداسازی آخال در تاندیش ریخته گری مداوم فولاد
در طی فرآیند ریختهگری مداوم فولاد، تاندیش آخرین عملکننده متالورژیکی است که در آن فرصتی برای حذف ناخالصیهای موجود در مذاب فراهم خواهد شد. بنابراین بهبود پدیدههای مربوط به جریان سیال در داخل تاندیش ریختهگری مداوم از جمله نوع الگوی جریان، افزایش مدت زمان ماندگاری آخال در تاندیش، کاهش حجم سیال راکد و همچنین افزایش جریان سیال در حال چرخش در تاندیش میتواند باعث بهبود فرآیند جداسازی آخال از مذاب و تهیه فولادی تمیز گردد. در این تحقیق با شبیهسازی عددی و تجربی، رفتار جریان در تاندیش ریختهگری مداوم فولاد مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. در روش عددی از نرمافزار فلوئنت جهت شبیهسازی جریان استفاده گردیده و در روش تجربی با ساخت تاندیشی از جنس شیشه با مقیاس 4:1 و شبیهسازی فیزیکی جریان سیال، تأثیر بکارگیری مانع در تاندیش، همچنین تغییر ارتفاع مذاب بر رفتار جریان مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج بررسیها نشان داده است که کاهش ارتفاع مذاب در تاندیش، سبب افزایش آخال جدا شده از مذاب گردیده و زمان ماندگاری آخال در تاندیش را افزایش میدهد. همچنین بکارگیری مانع در محل ورودی جریان به تاندیش همراه با مانع بلند در طرفین تاندیش، باعث بهبود الگوی جریان و افزایش آخال جدا شده از مذاب میگردد.

شبیهسازی عددی جریان گلآلود سهبعدی حاوی دو نوع ذره در یک کانال آزمایشگاهی در حضور مانع
در این پژوهش انتشار جریان چگال پیوسته سهبعدی حاوی دو نوع ذره در برخورد با مانع به روش گردابههای بزرگ و با استفاده از کد اپن فوم، بهصورت عددی مدلسازی شدهاست. به علت تعداد زیاد ذرات معلق، از روش اویلری- اویلری استفاده شده است و برای هر نوع ذره یک معادله غلظت، که دارای پارامتر سقوط ذرات است، حل میشود. نتایج نشان میدهند که قبل از مانع تغییر چندانی در پروفیل سرعت جریان در حالت با مانع و بدون مانع ایجاد نمیشود، ولی حضور مانع سرعت ماکزیمم جریان را 10 درصد کاهش میدهد. همچنین بار ذرات معلق نیز در عرض کانال برروی مانع کاهش مییابد. در حالت شبه پایدار نهایی، غلظت ماکزیمم (بعد از مانع) 15/3 درصد نسبت به حالت بدون مانع کاهش یافته است. با افزایش قطر ذرات تا 20 و 30 میکرون، ماکزیمم غلظت به ترتیب 12/5 و 22/3 درصد افزایش مییابد. بار ذرات معلق نیز برای ذرات با قطر 20 و 30 میکرون به ترتیب 21 و 68 درصد کاهش مییابد. در نتیجه ذرات با قطر بیشتر، زودتر و بیشتر رسوب میکنند. تغییر غلظت ورودی در حالت ذره با قطر کمتر، موجب افزایش بار ذرات معلق به میزان 11/2 درصد شده و جریان قابلیت حمل بار معلق بیشتری را خواهد داشت.

مدلسازی میراگر هیدرولیکی مغناطیسی با رویکرد بهینهسازی خصوصیات مولکولی سیال مغناطیسی
میراگر هیدرولیکی مغناطیسی بهعنوان یکی از پرکاربردترین تجهیزات در صنایع مختلف برای اولین بار با رویکرد بررسی خصوصیات مولکولی سیال مغناطیسی عامل در آن با استفاده از روش مدلسازی مولکولی دینامک ذره استهلاکی مورد مطالعه و بهینهسازی قرار گرفته است. بوسیله مدل اصلاح شده بوک ون شرایط پسماند مغناطیس و نیروی میراگری برای فراهم شدن توان میراگری 10 نیوتن مورد نیاز در میکرو ماشینها محاسبه شده و پس از معتبرسازی با نتایج تجربی موجود در مقالات اثر خصوصیات مولکولی سیال مغناطیسی عامل بر آن بررسی شده است. نتایج حاصل از مدلسازی دینامیک ذره استهلاکی نشان میدهد با افزایش جرم و قطر ذرات مغناطیسی نیروی میراگری افزایش مییابد، در حالیکه با افزایش چگالی این ذرات و افزایش جرم ذرات سیال حامل، نیروی میراگری ابتدا افزایش و سپس کاهش پیدا میکند، بنابراین لازم است تا مقادیر بهینه تعیین شوند. همچنین مشاهده میشود با کاهش ضخامت لایه فعال در سطح ذرات مغناطیسی نیروی میراگری افزایش مییابد. در نهایت با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، مقادیر بهینه هر یک از پارامترهای مورد مطالعه بمنظور فراهم آمدن توان میراگری 10 نیوتن با کمترین مقدار مصرف انرژی توسط میراگر تعیین شده و از میان سیالهای مغناطیسی تجاری سیال 132-دیجی بهعنوان بهترین سیال انتخاب میشود.

مدلسازی و بررسی آزمایشگاهی کاهش تبخیر سطحی آب توسط پوششهای شناور با حضور جریان سطحی
امروزه حفظ منابع آب شیرین بهدلیل رشد جمعیت، تغییرات اقلیمی و خشکسالی از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است.در نواحی خشک، بخش قابلتوجهی از آبهای ذخیرهشده بهدلیل تبخیرازبین میروند که پوشاندن سطح مخازن با اجسام شناور، راهکاری ساده و قابلاطمینان برای کاهش تبخیر بهشمار میآید. علیرغم مطالعات گسترده روی پوششهای شناور، تاثیر آنها درحضور جریانهای سطحی تاکنون مورد بررسی دقیق قرار نگرفته است. لذا در این مطالعه به مدلسازی و بررسی آزمایشگاهی تاثیر جریان سطحی بر میزان تبخیر مخازن آب پوشیده با اجسام شناور پرداخته میشود. بدینمنظور از توپهای سیاه و سفید برای پوششدهی مخزن واز یک پمپ جهت ایجاد جریان سطحی ً با استفادهشده است. نتایج آزمایشها نشان میدهد که میزان تبخیر تا یک دبی مشخص (دبی بهینه)، کاهش و مجددا افزایش دبی، افزایش مییابد.همچنین در تمامی شرایط وجود/عدم وجود جریان، کمترین میزان تبخیر در پوششدهی با توپهای سفید رخ میدهد. درضمن پوششدهی بهصورت مخلوطی مساوی از توپهای سیاهو سفید و پوشش با توپهایسیاهبهترتیبدررتبههایبعدیکاهشتبخیرقراردارند (بیشترینتبخیرمربوطبهحالت بدونپوشش میباشد(. همچنین نتایج حاصل از مدلسازی انرژی نشان میدهد که روابط حاکم برمدلسازی،دقت قابلقبولی در تخمین میزان تبخیربرای تمامی حالتهای بدونپوشش/پوششدهی همراه با وجود/عدموجود جریانسطحی خواهد داشت.

پایداری دینامیکی رول ربات خودکار زیرآبی با فرم بدنه شبه ماهی
ربات خودکار زیرآبی طراحی شده با فرم بدنه نوین شبهماهی برای هدف بازرسی خطوط لوله و کابل زیردریا مورد ارزیابی هیدرودینامیکی قرار گرفته است. افزایش پایداری دینامیکی ربات بازرس زیرآبی علاوه بر افزایش قابلیت حفظ مسیر حرکت ربات، موجب تسهیل در کنترل رفتار دینامیکی آن در محیط پراغتشاش اعماق دریا میشود. پس از بیان معادلات حرکت حاکم بر وسیله، گشتاور هیدرودینامیکی وارد بر بدنه از طرف جریان سیال آب با مدلسازی عددی در دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی استخراج شده است. ربات به عنوان جسم صلب و جریان اطراف آن به صورت پایا و تراکمناپذیر فرض شده است. با بیان ارتباط خطی بین گشتاور هیدرودینامیکی و سرعت زاویهای جریان، ضریب هیدرودینامیکی خطی بازدارنده یا میرایی مورد نیاز محاسبه شده است. به کمک ضریب هیدرودینامیکی بازدارنده استخراج شده، پایداری دینامیکی ربات حول محور طولی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. برای اطمینان از صحت نتایج، یافتههای پژوهش حاضر با دادههای آزمایشگاهی بدنه متقارن محوری متعلق به دپارتمان هیدرودینامیک کشتی مرکز تحقیقات دیوید تیلور مقایسه شده است؛ یافتههای عددی تطابق خوبی را با آزمایش نشان میدهد. نتایج نشان میدهد که پایداری دینامیکی رول برای ربات با فرم بدنه پیشنهادی با مقطع مثلثی در این مقاله 10 برابر بیشتر از رباتهای با فرم بدنه رایج متقارن محوری با مقطع دایروی است.
