Fatigue is essential in the use of metals in view of the progress made. In the last two decades, a new branch in the life cycle of fatigue called very high cycle fatigue has received much attention from researchers, with access to this number of cycles (107 and above) in practice using modern test devices due to its low frequencies. are time consuming and costly. On the other hand, for many materials, fatigue failure after 107 cycles has been reported. Investigating fatigue properties over a very long cycle is a significant issue in ensuring the longevity and reliability of machinery in light of growing industrial demands. To achieve such a number of cycles, a fatigue test machine with a working frequency of about 20,000 Hz is used, which due to its high frequency, time reduction and achieving high cycle is an advantage of this machine. Therefore, in this article, as a new work in the iran, we design and manufacture an ultrasonic device and then study the fatigue behavior of steel specimens
