CoCrMo alloys showing the high corrosion and mechanical properties as well as good biocompatibility are widely utilized in bio applications such as body implants. Recently, Laser Powder Bed Fusion process, has been developed for producing CoCrMo alloys, considering its advantages in manufacturing the components with complicated shape and high production speed. As wear behavior of components are important in bio-applications, the effects of applied load and the distance of the sliding on the wear behavior of CoCrMo alloy produced by Laser Powder Bed Fusion process have been investigated in this work. Results have showed that with increasing the applied force, the amount of wear is progressively increased. The non-linear regression of data presented a 2nd degree polynomial equation with a high precision for showing the relation of the total volume loss with the applied force. Also, it was observed that with increasing the sliding distance from 500 to 1000 m, the total volume loss is increased from 1500 to 2500 mm3 and the wear mechanism is converted from the severe abrasion to the weak abrasion and adhesion.
