روکش‌کاری فولاد کم آلیاژ 4340 AISI با فولادهای زنگ نزن آستنیتی و پایه کبالت استلایت 6 به روش جوشکاری قوسی تنگستن-گاز و بررسی ریز ساختار و رفتار سایشی لایه حاصل

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، انجام یک مطالعه دقیق در مورد مکانیزم سایش آلیاژهای استلایت6 و فولادهای زنگ‌نزن آستنیتیER312-ER309 با روکش جوشی توسط فرایند جوشکاری قوسی تنگستن گاز جهت کشف و مقایسه خواص سایشی و مکانیکی آلیاژهای مد نظر بر روی فولاد کم آلیاژ استحکام بالای AISI4340 می‌باشد. در این پژوهش ریزساختار و رفتار سایشی فولاد کم آلیاژ فوق مستحکم 4340 AISI روکش کاری شده با استفاده از فولادهای زنگ نزن آستنیتی ER309،ER312 و فولاد پایه کبالت استلایت 6 به روش جوشکاری قوس تنگستن-گاز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بررسی‌های ریز ساختاری توسط میکروسکوپ نوری و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مجهز به سیستم طیف سنجی پراش انرژی پرتو ایکس انجام گرفت. سختی سنجی به روش ویکرز با بار 30kgf بر روی سطوح و ریزسختی ویکرز در مقاطع عرضی جوش ها به صورت زیگزاگ انجام گرفت. هم‌چنین جهت ارزیابی رفتار سایشی از آزمایش سایش پین روی دیسک جهت تشخیص مکانیزم سایش استفاده شد. با کاهش شدت جریان در لایه دوم و همچنین با زیاد شدن تعداد لایه‌های جوشکاری میزان رقت و امتزاج زیر لایه کمتر شده و سختی افزایش یافته، که بیشترین سختی مربوط به استلایت 6 به میزان 565 ویکرز بوده نتایج آزمون سایش نشان داد که بیشترین ضریب اصطکاک مربوط به فلز جوش 309ER به میزان متوسط 0/68و کمترین ضریب اصطکاک مربوط به فلز جوش استلایت 6 به میزان متوسط 0/53 می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

In this research, the microstructure and wear behavior of high-strength AISI 4340 low-alloy steel coated using austenitic stainless steels ER309, ER312, and cobalt base steel stellite 6 were investigated by tungsten-gas arc welding method. Microstructural investigations were carried out by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope equipped with X-ray energy diffraction spectroscopy system(EDS). Hardness measurement was done by the Vickers method with a load of 30kgf on the surfaces and Vickers microhardness in the transverse sections of the welds in zigzag form. Also, To evaluate the wear behavior, the wear test of the pin on the disc was used to identify the wear mechanism. the highest hardness was related to stellite 6 by the amount of 565(HV), the reason for this increase in hardness is the presence of carbide phases M23C6 and M7C3 as well as chromium-tungsten complex carbides among bright cobalt dendrites. The results of the wear test showed that the highest friction coefficient was related to ER309 weld metal has an average value of 0.68 and the lowest friction coefficient is related to stellite 6 weld metal with an average value of 0.53.
